Where the "Fili" Park is located today, in its western part on the right bank of the Moskva River, on the cape formed by two ravines, was the oldest fortress in the capital. Naryshkin's Manor

The present park "Fili" in the middle of the seventeenth century was the preserve of the hunting ground of the sovereign Alexei Mikhailovich. In the late eighties Peter the First passes these lands to his uncle. For a hundred and seventy-five years the Naryshkin family owned them.

Here is also the famous manor of this famous family, the last owner of which was K. Soldatenkov, a rich book publisher. In different years she was visited by Alexei Mikhailovich and Empress Catherine II, even the Prussian King Frederick William III came here.
