Pancakes with salmon: recipe

From salmon you can boil an ear, make mini-shashlik from its fillets, bake under various sauces, and salted salmon is excellent in salads and snacks. A lovely breakfast or lunch will be pizza with salmon, its recipe is simple, and it is not so high-calorie as with sausages and cheeses. Instead of the usual fatty cheeses, pizza is put in mozzarella.

Pancakes with salmon: recipe

To prepare this delicious and festive dish, first you need to bake pancakes. For the test, we need:

- a liter of milk;

- a dozen chicken eggs;

- a quarter of a packet of butter or 50 grams;

- a pinch of salt;

- flour - so much to make a dough, a consistency similar to liquid sour cream.

In the milk we drive in eggs and melted butter, add salt. Beat well, and gradually, avoiding the formation of lumps, pour the flour. The dough should be perfectly mixed. Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes to make the flour swell. We put the frying pan on the fire and make it hot. With a ladle or a large spoon, pour the dough into a pan and fry until golden in color on both sides. Pancakes are best fried in a frying pan with Teflon coating to avoid the need for additional oil or fat. Pancakes should be thin, with small holes.

While the pancakes are cooling down, we will prepare the filling. We will need:

- fillet of salmon (can be smoked), about 200 grams;

- several branches of fresh green dill;

- Any cream cheese that you like more, 200 grams.

Cut fish fillets in thin slices, my greens, dry and finely chop. Chopped dill is mixed with soft cream cheese. We take a completely cooled pancake and spread evenly on it cheese with dill and a few slices of salmon. Gently give the pancake the shape of the roll. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes and stuffing. Ready-made pancakes with salmon, the recipe of which is very simple to prepare, put in the refrigerator before the arrival of guests. Before serving, pancake rolls are cut into pieces with a sharp knife and laid on lettuce leaves. You can stick a slice or toothpick in each piece.
