However, not all so simple. Correctly cooked sandwiches are very tasty, they can decorate a gala evening, and, besides, serve as an excellent snack. And sandwiches with caviar are a real delicacy.

So, how to cook delicious sandwiches with caviar so that they are not ashamed to serve on the festive table? Of course, black caviar is especially appreciated, but it is not available to everyone. And it's not about the shortage of goods, just not everyone will decide to give a few hundred for a small jar. Red caviar is much more affordable. In extreme cases, you can use soy imitation caviar.

Recipes of sandwiches with caviar in a hurry:

For sandwiches you need a loaf, a jar of caviar and ½ pack of butter. The loaf is cut into slices 1 cm thick. And lubricate with a layer of oil, approximately 2 mm thick. The eggs are laid in a thin layer in 1 row of large eggs (about 3 mm). The main thing in this sandwich is to maintain the ratio of "butter - caviar". The oil should not be too small, but the eggs are too much, and vice versa. Otherwise, the products will interrupt, and not complement each other.

Loaf or white bread cut and oiled. For each slice spread a spoonful of caviar, and on top put a piece of hard cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper and decorate with greens.

To make it, you need a white loaf, mayonnaise, eggs, caviar, butter and greens.

Eggs boil hard from the calculation of 1 egg per 2 sandwiches. The yolk is separated from the protein, kneaded with a teaspoon of mayonnaise. Baton cut into slices and smear a small amount of butter. The greens are finely crumbled, sprinkled on a plate and rolled on it a circle of bread with butter on the side until the pieces of greenery to it adhere. Top with a mixture of cottage cheese, sour cream and horseradish: for a pack of cottage cheese take 4 tbsp. Spoons of sour cream, horseradish rub and add to taste.

For the rest, lay half a teaspoon of caviar and a small slice of lemon. Decorate with a sprig of dill. Such sandwiches are a bit difficult to prepare, but they look very nice on the festive table.
