Pancakes with filling

Surely everyone has moments when you want something tasty. At me, at least, such status comes stably a couple of times a week. In one such case, I decided to respect myself, and cooked pancakes with a filling, the recipe of which I will share.

For the preparation of the dough, we need 200 ml of milk, a spoonful of dry yeast or 20 grams of pressed, 40 grams of sugar, 400 grams of wheat flour (you can have first or first class), frying oil, 2 eggs and salt. Milk warmed to room temperature, we dissolve in it yeast, sugar, salt. Then beat the eggs, combine with milk and start to introduce flour in small portions. Try to mix well, so that there are no lumps. Since pancakes stuffed with us will be on a yeast test, he needs to stand an hour in a warm place.

While the dough is singing, let's deal with the filling. For the filling, we need 500 grams of spinach, 1 medium-sized puff, 50 grams of butter, a spoonful of flour, 100 ml of milk and 200 grams of feta cheese. Onion finely shred and fry in butter until creamy. Fresh spinach is immersed in boiling water, squeezed and finely chopped. Then fry it with onions. Then slowly add flour, mix, pour milk, bring to a boil and add finely chopped "feta" cheese. Soli to taste and mix. We remove from the fire, the filling is ready.

In the meantime, while we were preparing the filling, the dough should be in time (it should increase by volume twice). Frying pan frying on fire, grease with oil and gently distribute the dough over the surface. Each pancake is baked from both sides until ready. Since pancakes stuffed with our yeast dough, they can not be wrapped with a tube. Center put the desired amount of filling and cover the other half of the pancake. That's it, pancakes are ready.

I suggest one more tasty variant - pancakes with mushrooms and cheese.

For the test, we need a package of milk (500 ml), a glass of wheat flour, 1 egg, salt and oil for roasting. Egg and salt whisk, add flour and knead a thin dough. We try to make it without lumps. We bake thin pancakes, evenly spreading the frying pan over the whole surface. For the filling, we need 500 grams of white mushrooms, 200 grams of hard cheese, salt and greens. Mushrooms finely chop, salt and fry in vegetable oil until cooked. Cheese rub on a large grater. Hot pancake straighten on a plate, sprinkled with grated cheese and greens on top, we put fried mushrooms. Carefully wrap. Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms are ready. Of course, you can experiment with this recipe. The filling can be cooked with meat, vegetable or even sweet - you will get an excellent dessert. For example, pancakes with apples.

To prepare dessert pancakes with apples, the dough can be prepared according to the second recipe, but additionally add a spoonful of sugar, since the filling will be sweet too. For the filling we need 5 large sweet apples, 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of sugar and a packet of sour cream (about 200-250 ml). My apples, clean, remove the middle and rub on a large grater. If you rub it on a fine - all the juice will flow out and the filling will be dry. Next, sprinkle apples with sugar, cinnamon and mix everything. Finished pancake straighten, with the edge spread the filling, wrap the edges and form a tube. Serve pancakes with sour cream. In addition, you can decorate the top with jam or apple jam to taste.

In general, pancakes with a filling is convenient to take with you on the road or on a family vacation in nature. They are very nourishing and do not cause trouble when used. Yes, and cook them a pleasure. By the way, such pancakes can be taken with the child to school, the kids still want to eat before lunch. So do not be lazy and cook pancakes with stuffing!
