The "Old Village" is a metro that is well known and enjoys great popularity not only among the residents of St. Petersburg, but also among the guests of the Northern capital of the Russian Federation. If you delve deeper into the recent history, it becomes known that before he went to the trolleybus ring, but in 1999 he was fenced off from the stop by stalls. The rows of stalls were removed in 2007, but soon the balcony was closed and a shopping center was started in the pavilion, in which book and flower shops were placed in 2008.

The travel walls are covered with a gray-blue Urals marble "Urfal". They are decorated with shallow arches that resemble spans of bridges. In the service rooms, the end walls are also decorated with marble arches. In addition, the walls have small grilles with a floral pattern.

Travel doors in their design are very similar to the doors of the Polytechnic station. The floor of the station is covered with red granite.

Along the axis of the platform there are seven cast-iron lamps-floor lamps. On the top of each floor lamp there are nine lamps, and below them there are wooden benches for visitors to the metro.

The end wall of the apron hall is decorated with a mosaic of A.K. Bystrov, depicting a beautiful seaside landscape. The platform of the station is covered with red granite. The exit from the station (incline) is located at the northern end and has four escalators.

The ground pavilion is located on the Peat Road, near the railway platform "Staraya Derevnya". The two-story lobby building is constructed in the form of a circle. It is divided into two parts: the northern part of the building is glazed and is designed for the entrance and exit of the metro visitors, in the southern part there are offices. In the western and eastern part of the lobby there are stairs. He stands on a high stylobate, and his roof is supported by ten six-meter arches. The lobby is illuminated by a cross-shaped lantern.

The halls with cashiers and escalators are divided, their architecture is different. The escalator hall is illuminated by an annular chandelier with daylight lamps, which is attached to the dome-shaped ceiling.

To decorate the station's interior, natural stones such as the Saarem dolomite, marble and granite are used.
