Ointment "Dermazin" is a remedy for external use. The main active ingredient of this drug is silver sulfadiazine in a concentration of 1%.

Ointment quickly impregnates damaged tissue, exudate and necrotic masses. Only after this begins the release of active silver. Its concentration is toxic for pathogens, but it is completely harmless for healthy tissues.

Antibiotics can not stop necrosis, since they spread only with blood, and in the areas of burns normal blood circulation is disturbed.
