Obtaining a driver's license in the Russian Federation

Each of us wants to drive a car, but for this you need to pass such an obligatory procedure, as obtaining a driver's license. Probably, it's no secret to anyone that you can buy rights for a certain amount and not strain yourself. What if there is no money, and certification is still needed? There is a way out: take the test for a driver's license.

What is needed for this?

First, to reach adulthood. Obtaining a driver's license is, of course, possible only after reaching the age of 18 years.

Secondly, to pass training courses. To receive category A, and also B, it is allowed to take courses without courses, but this law is going to be canceled in the near future.

Thirdly, you need a medical certificate for the driver's license, which concludes that physical health will not prevent you from managing any transport.

It will also be necessary to submit the following documents:

- Application.
- Passport.
- A receipt confirming the payment of fees.

What is the exam?

After studying at the courses, you will have to pass an internal exam in which you will need, for example, to describe the operation of the engine (or any other car device). Then you will be allowed to surrender the traffic rules, where you need to answer 20 questions, allowing no more than 2 errors, and only then will the driving test take place . If all stages are passed without problems, you will receive a certificate.

Obtaining a driver's license takes place in the divisions of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. Rights can be of two types:

- national;

- international.

The first type is issued for a certain period of time - 10 years, and such rights are valid only in the territory of the Russian Federation. The second type is valid in the territories of the countries of the Vienna and Geneva Conventions, and are formalized in the language of the state in which they were issued.

Categories of rights, as well as their subcategories:

A - is issued to persons from 16 years to manage mopeds and motorcycles.

A1 - "light motorcycles".

B - issued to persons who have reached the age of 18, it is allowed to operate machines that do not exceed the permissible weight norm of 3500 kg.

B1 - ATVs and other similar technology.

C - issued to persons from 18 years of age, admits to driving cars weighing 3,500 kg or more.

In order to leave and travel freely abroad, you must obtain a new international driving license or pay a considerable fine. In this regard, the traffic police strongly advise you to arrange it before you go abroad. In addition, it is worth remembering that not all countries of the Vienna Convention are governed by our traffic rules. In Australia, the United States and some other countries, there are laws that must be respected, otherwise great problems may arise. For the slightest violation, you can lose your driving license or be fined.

When going abroad, do not forget that the validity of the VU determines the country in which you are located. At the end of their validity period, it is necessary to take an examination for a driver's license anew.

Successful change! Be careful on the roads and follow the rules of the road, which will save you money and, perhaps, save your life.
