'Novigan': instructions for use.

The modern pharmacological market offers a huge number of drugs aimed at resistance to high temperature, reducing pain caused by spasms, inflammatory processes, or other origin. One of them is Novigan. Instructions for the use of this drug are discussed in more detail in this article.

"Novigan" is a non-narcotic analgesic, whose action is based on stimulating the formation of interferon and the biosynthesis of PG.

The main active substance of the drug "Novigan" instructions for use calls ibuprofen, the mass of which in one tablet is 400 mg. As additional ingredients, ketone and amide (5 mg and 0.1 g, respectively) are represented.

The medicine is produced in cardboard boxes, where there are 2, 10 or 20 blisters, in each - 10 tablets, covered with a coating of whitish color with embossing.

Receiving tablets "Novigan" instructions for use prescribes to start as a remedy for the following diseases:

  • Migraines, headaches;
  • Intestinal and renal colic;
  • Menstrual pain;
  • Other pain caused by spasm of smooth muscles;
  • Pain in the joints, neuralgia;
  • As an antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agent.

The recommended dose of application is no more than 1-2 tablets 4 times a day as much as possible. Individual dose should appoint a doctor, but it should not exceed 6 tablets per day. With dysmenorrhea, one tablet can be taken every 4 hours. Take "Novigan" tablets should be immediately one hour before meals or 3 hours later.

  • Disorders in the functioning of the kidneys and liver;
  • glaucoma;
  • Age to 16 years.

Long-term use of the drug (more than a week) should be accompanied by monitoring the liver and hematopoiesis.

Pregnant women and mothers who breastfeed, the use of this analgesic is categorically forbidden. In rare cases, treatment with Novigen is possible. Instruction for use recommends in this case to suspend breastfeeding and be under compulsory medical supervision.

The drug is not recommended to be taken together with the medicines listed below:

  • Other analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs;
  • Furosemide. Simultaneous reception threatens to weaken the diuretic effect .;
  • Antidiabetic drugs. ;
  • Anticoagulants of indirect action.

When taking Novogan, the instructions for use recommend that you pay attention to the symptoms of an overdose. In case of their detection it is necessary to apply for help in the nearest department of the polyclinic in time:

  • Visual impairment;
  • nausea and vomiting;
  • Stitching in the stomach.

Tablets should be stored in a cool dry place, where the temperature does not exceed 25 ^ C, out of reach of children.
