Mutations of man and the attitude of others around him

For a long time people were frightened by various deviations from the norm. Due to the weak development of science, the pathologies that emerged were explained by the interference of evil forces. As a result, people eschewed, expelled from the city or avoided. If his pathology seemed amusing, the poor fellow was sent to the circus for public viewing.

Relatively recently it became known that human mutations represent themselves. When scientists found a logical explanation for various deviations, others began to treat the sufferers more tolerantly. Only somewhere at the subconscious level, there is still a distrust of such people, although a genetic mutation is not a contagious disease. Simply just in case, many prefer to stay away from the problem person, because he can need help at any time.

Human mutations are considered quite a rare phenomenon, since changes occur only in isolated cases. Because of a small failure, the chromosomes can be reconstructed - and a special child appears. True, most of the serious mutations lead to fetal death even in the early stages. If the child survives, then it is difficult, because even the development of science does not save the baby from oblique glances. Even modern people can talk about some kind of amorphous payment for sins, although bad ecology may be to blame for pathology.

DNA mutations can be caused by various causes. So, scientists distinguish spontaneous and induced mutations. If there is a spontaneous mutation, no one is responsible for it. Just happened a momentary malfunction, which affected the development of the fetus. If human mutations are caused by some specific reasons, they speak of induced changes.

Induced mutations appear due to exposure to radiation, chemicals, or biological factors. If there is a gradual change in the temperature regime, the body receives certain signals. They are fixed in the memory of the chromosome - and then passed on to subsequent generations. Such mutations are positive, but, unfortunately, they are too few. At the same time it is difficult to talk about the usefulness of these or those changes, since for different people the same mutation can be good and evil.

There are also neutral mutations that do not bring any harm or benefit. True, for a person almost all mutations will have a negative value. Even if the changes are only superficial , a person still finds himself in the center of attention. Of course, the surrounding people will zealously pretend that they do not notice anything, but they can not avoid all the equal skewed views. A similar situation is observed if a person has an excessive hair covering on his body or partially fused fingers and toes. On the one hand, such deviations are not fatal, but are a serious cosmetic defect. On the other hand, they do not affect the state of health, but deliver only psychological discomfort. If a person learns to calmly treat curious views, you can normally live with such mutations.

Very differently, physicians refer to serious mutations, which greatly change the whole way of life. In such cases, internal organs are damaged, the normal structure of the limbs changes, or there are deviations in mental development. Such human mutations have severe consequences for their general health, are often inherited - and turn their whole lives into a struggle for survival. To this type of deviation the people around are treated with a slight note of disgust and sympathy, which further complicates the lives of sick people.

People should reconsider their attitude towards disabled people and comrades with various deviations. It should be understood that any person has the right to his share of respect, love and tenderness. Just do not treat such people with sympathy and unconcealed pity, as this can kill them in their belief in justice. Just learn to see them as friends, interesting interlocutors - and then any deviations from the norm will go to the background.
