Panarello

Paranello externally is a special nozzle of elongated shape, which is installed on the steam supply tube. This device is considered a classic kapuchinatorom and is included in the basic equipment of most automatic coffee machines.

However, such a beater for cappuccino milk has one significant drawback. The fact is that when using panarello, the whipping process must be constantly monitored, keeping the container with milk during the steam supply. The advantage of the nozzle is the qualitative result of foaming and ease of care. After using Panarello, it is enough to wash it under running water or to pour water into a clean container and whip it with steam, as well as milk.

Automatic steam capuishers

Automatic cappuccino with milk intake from a stand-alone container is installed in ordinary coffee machines in the place of panarello. With the help of a silicone tube, the necessary amount of milk is taken from the bag or any other container with milk. Then, in the cappuccino, the process of foaming milk begins, at the end of which the foam pours into the cup. After that, it will need to be rearranged under the dispenser to dispense a portion of coffee. There are also more modern coffee machines, where the processes of foaming milk and dispensing coffee automatically.

It is quite easy to take care of such whippers. In the first case, it is enough to organize the intake of clean water from a separate tank and turn on the steam supply button, with the help of which purification will take place. In the second case, the jug needs to periodically remove and wash off the remains of milk from its walls.

Manual and automatic milk frother without steam

Milk whiskers that do not use steam convert milk into foam in a mechanical mode using a special whisk, rotating at high speed. Devices of this type include:

  • Hand whisker of milk;
  • Automatic milk frother.

The hand-made capper looks like a normal mixer or blender, which allows you to get a very good and stable foam very quickly. Due to the rapid rotation of the corolla of a special shape, whipping takes place in a matter of seconds, and as a result, a persistent and effective foam is obtained. It is extremely easy to clean and operates on two batteries.

The milk cap for cappuccino electric, or automatic, operates on the same principle as the previous device, but not manually, but from the mains. The frother is equipped with a whisk and a milk heating system and in less than a minute it allows to get high-quality foam. It is enough to pour the milk into it, turn on the button and in a minute get a smart, even by the standards of professionals, foam.
