3) Combine meat with mushrooms. In the winter, of course, it is difficult to find them, so it's easiest to buy champignons. The next recipe is meat with champignons in the oven.

For cooking, we need the following ingredients: 600 grams of pork pulp, 200 grams of fresh champignons (if not fresh, can be used canned), 3 ripe tomatoes, hard cheese (which melts well and does not burn), salt and greens. Pork cut into slices (about the size of about two matchboxes), beat off with a special hammer on both sides (to make the meat baked) and rubbed with salt. Mushrooms chop, fry in butter until half cooked and put on meat. If you have canned mushrooms, you do not need to fry them. Tomatoes cut into rings and fold over mushrooms. Then the resulting slides sprinkled with cheese, put in a preheated oven for 40 minutes (at 190 ° C). Hot slides sprinkle with greens.
