Luberetskaya OPG: leader, photo, spheres of influence, trial of Lyubertsy OPG

A gang, a brigade, an organized criminal group, or an organized crime group - from the beginning of the 80s to the 90s, these words were familiar to everyone. Criminals terrified not only businessmen and entrepreneurs, but also ordinary citizens. One of these numerous groupings was the Luberetskaya OPG.

Occurrence

It is believed that the formation of this organized criminal group occurred approximately in 1986 in the city of Lyubertsy, Moscow region, or rather it was then that it became known in a wide circle. Members of this organization were called "lyubery." Initially, a group of young people, keen on weightlifting and bodybuilding, beat up a different youth. Members of the OPG hated foreign heavy rock, and indeed all foreign music. Therefore, under the attacks of criminals, mostly punks, rockers, hippies and other representatives of the then existing subcultures. Sami "Luber" loved to listen, of course, chanson, thieves songs. I liked them and the work of the bands "Dune", "Lube".

The "lyuberov" also had their own uniforms - these are trousers in a cage. Later they began to dress just in sports suits.

Support of the authorities

It is noteworthy that the Luberetskaya OPG fought for the socialist system. One of its slogans used by members demonstratively, in public, was "Socialism at any cost!". According to the members of the organized criminal group, the hatred for Western values was based on the fact that they were destroying the socialist society of the USSR. The features of nationalism also appeared in the "lyuber".

Perhaps, because of this position of the Luberetskaya OPG, they were supported not only by the Lyubertsy City Committee of the Komsomol, but even by the MVD, the KGB, to the socialist system. Moreover, there is an opinion that these organizations indirectly took part in the formation of this gang.

Evolution of the gang

Over time, the Luberetskaya OPG, out of a small, small robbery and robbery, beating and extorting from small businessmen, gradually began to grow into a well-organized criminal group with a reputation in the thieves' world. Constant clashes with Moscow "brothers", taking control of a larger business helped the organizers of the gang to recruit more and more fighters into their team.

Leader of the Lyubertsy OPG Aksenov Sergei together with Alexander Bobylev created a large organization with a certain hierarchy and internal structure. The rumor of the Lyubertsy brotherhood reached even the United States, where at that time a trial took place over the famous Russian criminal authority named Yaponchik. There is an opinion that S. Aksenov (Aksei) and A. Bobylev (Papa, Raul) contributed to the intimidation of jurors in that process, as the thief in law Japonchik was one of their patrons.

According to other sources, Zaitsev Sergei (Zayats), one of the founders of the criminal group, was responsible for the formation of the Lyubertsy OPG. Photo Zaitseva is still located in the well-known among bodybuilders, the sport club "Titan".

Primary activity

The main activities of the OPG were, along with robberies and thefts, as well as arms trafficking, extortion, transferred to a higher level of racketeering. The objects were already big businessmen.

The OCG consisted of 18 separate brigades, each led by a certain authority. Total number of the group was determined within five hundred people.

The final formation of an organized criminal grouping from the Lyubertsy occurred in the nineties. Already at that time the "Lyubers" that had been defeated by the Chechens rallied and began to represent a serious force.

Group Communications

Despite the constant wars between the factions for redistribution of spheres of influence, the Luberetskaya OPG actively supported relations with such large organizations as Izmaylovskaya and Balashikha OPG. Aksenov and Bobylev closely contacted Otari Kvantrishvili and other thieves in the law, criminal authorities.

In addition, the leaders of organized criminal groups have established international relations with the criminal world of the United States and Germany, Hungary and Israel. In particular, together with the Chechen group "Lyubers" controlled the import of cars to the CIS from far abroad, and also had their interest in buying up land and real estate abroad.

It is noteworthy that at that time the OPG did not have a thieving obshchak.

The so-called curator of "lyuberov" was a thief Oleg Shishkanov (Shishkan, Oleg Ramensky), with whom later the leaders of the group had a conflict. Currently, Shishkanov, most likely, is hiding in Europe.

Controlled areas

In 1992, the already strong and well-established, authoritative "lyuber" group met with another strong organization, the Dolgoprudnaya OPG. At the meeting of the criminal authorities of these groups, the territory of Moscow and the Moscow Region was divided into controlled zones. Under the spheres of influence of the Luberetsk OPG, such areas of the Moscow Defense Ministry as Voskresensk, the city of Lyubertsy, Dzerzhinsk, Kolomna and others were included. They "covered" the 19th Moscow taxi fleet, all outlets in controlled areas, part of the casino and car service in Ramenskoye. In the capital itself, under the influence of "lyuberov" there were restaurant-casino "Rita", casino "Victor" and some other objects.

Such extensive controlled areas very soon began to decline due to the emergence and growth of other groups, forcing "lyuberov" to make room.

The collection points were Luberetskiy stadium (traditionally from the times of the sports past) and local careers. The leaders were criminal authorities, they liked to organize meetings in the institutions controlled by them, such as the casino "Victor".

Wars with competitors

Like all similar groups, the Luberetskys also touched on gangster wars. The period of existence of the group was divided into periods of relative calm, armistice and armed clashes, which in the greater part were committed in the determination of zones of influence.

Loud murders and assassinations occurred in the late 90's. Thus, one of the brigade leaders Avilov was seriously wounded on March 24, 1994. Another leader, Vladimir Elovskogo, was killed in September 1996, the authority of Poluektov Dmitri was also killed two years later, and his head Kuzin Vladimir was dangerously wounded. This is only one of several killings of the major members of the organized crime group, while the smaller fighters of the group died even more often.

Disintegration

By the end of the 90s, the Luberetskaya OPG ceased to exist as an integral grouping. The brigades separated from her, taking with them and the zones of influence for which they were responsible. The criminal organization has broken up into 10-13 separate groups. Among them there were still those who still had sufficient influence in the criminal world. This group is located in Lyubertsy, Malakhovka, Dzerzhinsk, Lytkarino.

The gangs were reduced and disbanded by internal affairs bodies, who arrested the most influential members. The trial of the Lyubertsy OPG sent many of its active members to prison, among them Aksey, Mukha (R. Mukhametshin, subsequently crowned as a thief in law), Voron (V. Voronin). The sentence of the Lyubertsy OPG forced its many other active members to serve their term.

After the disintegration of the powerful group, some of its members moved to other gangs, including Chechens, despite the fact that the last Luberetskiy groupings in the late 80's had rather tough relations, sometimes turning into armed clashes.
