Criminal authority Yaponchik: photo, biography, family

It's no secret that criminal activities in our country sometimes reach such proportions that most of the "thieves in law" are on the dock for the atrocities committed. Their fate will not be envied, because in prisons they often find their last refuge, where they die without having served their term. But on the outside their lives are full of bright, eventful events, it's just "beating", as they are engaged in "specific" craft. In this sense, the criminal authority of Yaponchik is no exception. Some call him the king of the underworld. About him written a huge number of articles that have appeared not only in our country, but also far beyond its borders.

Anyway, but what a criminal story they take, it will necessarily correspond with the above figure. The lion's part of the materials that tell about the domestic OPG is considered from the point of view of the relationship of their leaders with Vyacheslav Ivankov.

Criminal authority Yaponchik is known to many by articles in print media, journalistic notes. The secrets in his biography are not enough. Nevertheless, it is supplemented from time to time with new facts and circumstances. So, who is he, the criminal authority of Japonchik, and what about him in general? Let's consider this issue in more detail.

Biographical information

Ivankov Vyacheslav Kirillovich - a native of Moscow. He was born on January 2, 1940. The family of the criminal authority of Japonchik is a drinking father, a fastidious and very suspicious mother. From an early age, Vyacheslav was a frail child: physicians discovered in him an eclipse of the lungs and expansion of the heart. To somehow strengthen health, he was sent from time to time to the sanatorium.

But the young man soon set himself the goal: to acquire an ideal physical form. And the criminal authority of Japonchik, whose biography is a whole kaleidoscope of bright events, fateful encounters, really applied to this maxim of effort. He enrolled in the section of free-style wrestling, participated in sports competitions and at times scored victories in them.

After finishing eight classes of school, Vyacheslav became a student of circus school, wishing to become an experienced aerial gymnast. But one day in training, a misfortune occurred: the young man fell from the trapezoid, and the doctors diagnosed him with a closed trauma to the skull. Over time, Vyacheslav abandoned training, and then did goodbye to the circus school. Ivankov arranged to work as a mechanic at a consumer service center, and then he was promoted to the foreman of the reception. In parallel with the work, he attends the evening school. Already at the age of twenty, the air gymnast, who has failed, ties himself in marriage. Yaponchik (criminal authority), his wife - the Assyrian Lydia Aivazova - were pleased that soon their family was replenished by one person: they had a son. After some time, once again, a disaster happened: Vyacheslav knocked down the car, and he gets a head injury.

The beginning of a criminal career

According to the agent of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Japonchik was obsessed with a criminal idea from his youth. Even if he did not have a special need for money, he was happy to get down to business, and it does not matter that the risk is huge, and the fat is nominal.

For the first time Ivankov had problems with the law at the age of twenty-five. He attempted to steal from his clothes pocket. However, the young man did not receive any real punishment, since the court sent him to compulsory treatment in connection with the existing health problems. But Vyacheslav did not want to be treated: he escaped from the medical institution and for some time hid from the police, which, incidentally, did not stop him from completing the accelerated program of the 10th and 11th grades of high school.

The gang of "Mongol"

By chance, the criminal authority of Yaponchik fell into a criminal group headed by Gennady Kor'kov (Mongol). He immediately noted the young guy, who had high hopes in boxing: even at school he could fulfill the CCM standard. Gradually, Vyacheslav began to draw closer to the gang, whose strength was about three dozen thugs. The young man began to participate in extortions, blackmail, robbery. The victims, as a rule, became underground millionaires, forefathers, guilds, well-known collectors. The victims preferred not to appeal to the law enforcement agencies : they simply could not believe (because there were no a priori a criminal community in the country of developed socialism), and they did not want to explain the origin of money to the policemen. In order for the victims to keep their mouth shut, Yaponchik (criminal authority in the future), along with his accomplices, took them out with his family to the forest and intimidated them in every possible way.

The gang is caught

In 1972, the detectives from the MUR managed to cover the Mongol gang. The governor was given 14 years in prison. The remaining members of the OPG also received "serious" terms of imprisonment. But Ivankov managed to escape from law enforcement agencies.

The criminal authority of Japonchik, whose photo was "decorated" for a long time by the stand "They are searched by the police" hurried to hide and "lie down".

Own OPG

Over time Vyacheslav Ivankov decides to create his criminal group. Initially, she works on a narrow profile: disguised as a militia uniform, bandits search homes for those who live "on unearned income", and their property is completely confiscated. However, extortion was not alien to the IGP Ivankov: on his orders, the victims were also taken to the forest, where they were intimidated. After some time, the composition of the japanese gang is replenished by members of the former Mongolian group: the thugs with the nicknames "Balda", "Sliva" after the release are ready to start the craft again. OPG Ivankova begins to "rattle" throughout the country. The geography of gang crimes becomes extensive: everywhere after it remains a whole mountain of corpses. The criminal authority of Japonchik, whose photo is regularly published by the Soviet press, having committed extortion or robbery, constantly "comes out of the water." However, he carries him, as they say, "for the time being, until the time".

Arrest

In 1974, Vyacheslav Ivankov, along with his accomplice, got into a fight with bandits from Georgia, as a result of which one of the Caucasians was killed from a pistol. Yaponchik is accused of a crime, arrested and taken to the detention center. He's got a fake driver's license. In Butyrka the coronation of the above thief in the law took place. It should be noted that Ivankov got into the camera for a while. The court issued an acquittal, since the evidentiary base was not enough to imprison Japovich for ten years.

He was charged only with the production of forged documents. In 1978, he again fell for a short time "on the bunk" for wearing a cold steel.

The KGB is connected to the case

When Ivankov was released in 1980, he got under the scrutiny of state security officers. The criminal group of Japonchik was in sight of the "Chekists" who had no difficulty in establishing where the illegal apartments where the bandits lived were located.

In 1981, the siloviki became aware that OPG Ivankova plans to swim and sunbathe on the Black Sea. It was on vacation that KGB officers intended to arrest OPG members. Yaponchik tried to hide from the law enforcement agencies on the car VAZ-2106, but he did not succeed. When inspecting personal belongings, the leader of the gang seized several "fake" driver's licenses and passports for different surnames. Also, the criminal found medical certificates that testified that Ivankov is a group II invalid and suffers from schizophrenia. Again, the witnesses refused to confirm the testimony they had given earlier. As a result, the Japanese was charged with only one episode of extortion. He was severely punished - 14 years in prison. He served it first in the village of Taly Magadan region, and then for malicious violation of the order he was transferred to Tulun (zone ST-2). Here, the Japanese had to repeatedly prove his thieves' authority: he got into fights with fellow inmates and often got into the punishment cell and the ShIZO.

Recruitment

Some sources indicate that Ivankov was recruited by the KGB during the prison term. A certain role in this was played by "colleague in the craft" - Otari Kvantrishvili, who led friendship with some high-ranking officials from law enforcement agencies. In the US, during the search, a pack of fake passports was found by Yaponchik, and in the selection of countries it was very similar to the special kit that was previously seized from the Chekists.

"Must be released"

Being in the zone, Japon suddenly begins to nurture the idea of early release. Through his lawyers, he addresses complaints to supervisory authorities, where he writes that he was convicted illegally. His wife sends several letters to people's deputies. For the sake of justice, it should be said that the conditions in which Ivankov was serving his sentence were very comfortable: in the colony of Tulun he fed and slept sweetly.

After some time, a request comes from the secretariat of the Supreme Court, which includes a request to send a characterization to Yaponchik to resolve the issue of changing his sentence. And the administration of the colony sends a "most positive" description, which indicates that Ivankov long ago took the path of correction.

In January 1991, the assistant to the chairman of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR, Merkushev appealed to the Moscow City Court with a petition for a review of the Jap. A month later the judge decides to soften the punishment for the leader of the gang of the OPG, and in November 1991 Ivankov is released. Why did the abusive criminal suddenly be released? There is a version that KGB officers were interested in this. They wanted Ivankov to "squeeze" the insolent Caucasians, who were in the Chechen and Georgian OPG. As soon as Vyacheslav was released, he immediately gathered a "brotherhood" to think about how to solve the above problem. It was necessary to go to the USA.

"Overseas"

However, crossing the border and going to the United States was not an easy task: two passports were not enough for this. A fictitious film studio was created, and Ivankov as its director was able to freely leave for the United States. Soon after the arrival the film company was liquidated.

In a country of developed democracy, Yaponchik quickly turned into a successful entrepreneur. He dressed in classical costumes, wore gold-rimmed spectacles, went on elite foreign cars and dined at expensive restaurants.

It's time to establish contact with the authoritative Georgian thieves. Gradually it turned into a kind of buffer zone between the Slavic OPG and the Caucasian OPG, and he himself repeatedly said that there were no nationalities for him. He eventually succeeded in softening the conflict, but he could not reach agreement with the Chechen thugs: they did not want to observe the thieves' traditions and concepts. In America, Ivankov began to show interest in the drug trade and often resolved disputes between "Russian" businessmen. Authorities charged him with extorting money from entrepreneurs, and eventually he went to prison for 9 years. After the imprisonment, Yaponchik is deported to Russia, where he is accused of another crime - the murder of two Turkish citizens, but the jury delivered an acquittal verdict.

Personal life

In the relationship with the opposite sex of Japonchik there are also many secrets. His wife in the US received the surname Slutskaya. Officials from New York were sure that Ivankov's wife is a certain Irina Ola. There is information that a "fawn" of the criminal thief was accompanied by a certain Faina Commissioner.

We can not discount the idea that Japonchik (criminal authority) and Nicole Kuznetsova (a participant in the popular TV show "The Battle of Psychics") were husband and wife. But one can not believe in the truthfulness of this information.

Death

It can not be said that the killing of the criminal authority of Japonchik was a complete surprise to all.

In October 2009, he died of peritonitis in one of the oncological clinics of the capital. The leader of the organized criminal group had many enemies, as well as patrons. He was shot when he left the Thai Elephant restaurant. And although there were certain difficulties in the investigation of this case, the detectives installed the one who shot Ivankov. He was an Afghan veteran. According to one version, the death of the japanese criminal authority is the result of squabbles between bandit groups headed by Tariel Oniani (Taro) and Aslan Usoyan (Ded Hasan). They have long been at enmity among themselves, as a result of which several well-known thieves in the law were killed. Undoubtedly, Jap (the criminal authority), whose funeral took place at the Vagankovskoye cemetery of the capital, was a colorful and influential figure in the criminal world.
