In addition, only the owner decides what kind of lining he wants to use in this case - plastic or wooden. Both these options have their own advantages and disadvantages, and in financial terms there is practically no difference. Finishing the balcony with a lining made of plastic is much easier with the installation. It does not require special care, it is perfectly cleaned of dust with a damp cloth, even without the use of detergents. It has a width of ten centimeters, is more often produced in white, gives a good thermal insulation (thanks to a hollow structure) and successfully combines with white plastic windows.

Finishing the balcony with a clapboard color will cost you a bit more, it is more fragile than white. From the point of view of design, it is preferable, since it makes it possible to use any color gamut. But you should know that plastic has one, but a very significant drawback - with strong heating by the sun's rays, it can release harmful volatile substances. Wood paneling is a facing board with a well-worked surface. The natural, environmentally friendly material is very pleasant to the touch. The balcony wrapped by it becomes attractive and cozy, and if coniferous tree species are used, then there is also a magnificent smell.

Wooden lining is of three classes or grades. The quality of the treated surface depends on the material class. For internal processing, the third class is not used. The original interior can be obtained by applying imitation of a bar or block house.
