For this purpose, you need to drink plenty of unsweetened water. Better just cool or room temperature, but not too cold, and then susceptible after overheating the body with ease can get sore throat after ice water.

And after such resuscitation, you can begin to fight with inflammation. It can be removed using special cream after sunburn or simply moisturizing lotions for the body.
