How to write a report on teaching practice
When the teaching in the pedagogical university approaches its logical conclusion, all students have to apply in practice the knowledge received over the years of training. As in any university, to obtain a coveted diploma, students have to write and defend the final qualification work, but in order to obtain admission to protection, first of all, it is required to submit a report on pedagogical practice.
It is important to understand that the pedagogical practice is not only the conduct of lessons and communication with schoolchildren or students, but also keeping records in special diaries, drawing up reports, and consulting with instructors-methodologists. The report on the pedagogical practice at the school has its own nuances, because, among other things, it is also necessary to draw up a plan of events, a calendar of extracurricular activities, etc. Teaching in the university has its own characteristics.
It is also necessary to give a brief but meaningful analysis of the whole practice. Here it is worth mentioning what new knowledge and skills were acquired, how difficult it was to establish contact with students or students. Do not forget about the moments that caused the most difficulties in the work, as well as the actions taken to overcome the current situation. It is important to indicate whether the teacher has been assisted.
The report on pedagogical practice can not be complete without drawing up a characterization for the chosen student and the entire class. To work it is necessary to attach a workbook with a summary of all lessons learned. The main text of the report is written based on these records. Also attached is the description of the trainee written by the teacher who is practicing. It is certified by the school principal's seal. To the university, a report on the practice is given immediately after its termination and no later than on the 10th day.
