How to sew documents quickly and correctly?

Before you can sew documents (photos of this process can be seen below), you need to learn a few specific rules. First, the papers are processed in 3 punctures. Secondly, the distance between these holes should be approximately 3 centimeters. Knowing these simple rules, you easily prepare any documentation without the help of colleagues. So, how to sew documents? First you need to make three holes in the papers with an awl and a needle. It is worth noting that the document is pierced in the middle of the free field. This is done for free reading and leafing the case. All holes are strictly vertical, no slopes should be.

With the help of a special sewing needle and threads of the LSH-210 series, treat the document to the desired state. If you do not have LS-210, you can use the usual thread, which is inserted into the sewing machine. After you have sewed the documents once, repeat this process to be sure of the reliability of the fasteners.

If you use a bank twine, skip its ends from the center hole to the last one. Do not forget to leave the free end of the thread about 5-7 centimeters long. Cut off the rest with scissors. Tie the remaining ends knot.

In some cases, you will need to additionally seal the documents and paste a small paper of sizes 3 by 5 cm onto the unit. You can use ordinary office glue as a material . The paper lies on the surface in such a way that the knot and threads are partially closed. The ends of the latter should be left vacant.

When the adhesive material has dried, reassert the paper with a seal and a signature. The latter, as a rule, is put by the head or an authorized person. The very same seal is also on the label with a signature.

How to sew documents for an accounting report?

These papers are most often stored for more than 10 years, so the rules should be processed in 5 holes. Everything else is done in a similar way, as in the previous moments. The only thing that a knot of accounting documents is pasted on a cigarette paper. It is also stamped. Tissue paper is used to ensure that the nodule is clearly visible under it, so do not use too thick materials when inserting it.
