Earlier we could enjoy it mostly in compotes, where it was already cut into pieces and filled with syrup. Convenient, but still not that fresh fruit. In this article we will learn how to peel a pineapple - to do it extremely simply and quickly.

The easiest way: "cut" the fruit with a knife

So, you bought pineapple. The weight of the average fruit is about one and a half kilograms, they are often sold without tops, something resembling a Christmas tree. If you bought a fruit with such greens, cut it. Then wash the pineapple, so it will be more hygienic. After that, cut the fruit knife horizontally along its widest part, that is, approximately in the middle. You got two fragrant halves. Almost done. Now immerse the knife from the very edge of one of the halves, deepen it almost to the end and cut out the flesh by the diameter. This is the easiest way to peel a pineapple. What you cut out with ease will move away from the peel, and you will have a large piece of pulp, which you can already cut as you like - with cubes or circles.
