How to make a heater yourself?

Take two sheets of plastic and apply one of them to the snake layer of graphite with epoxy glue. You should get a graphite conductor with as much area as possible, do not leave a lot of empty space on the plastic, try to fill the surface evenly. At the ends of the conductor we glue the copper plates and pull out the power cord. We put the second sheet of plastic and glue them together.

You have made an economical and durable heater with your own hands. Before switching on, be sure to check the resistance of the heater with an ohmmeter. A homemade heater must have a high ohmic resistance. If everything is in order, safely connect the device to the network. In normal mode, the surface temperature of the plastic should not exceed sixty degrees. For safety, the first time you turn on, you can use the voltage regulator, gradually increasing the voltage to nominal and monitoring the heater status.

Using this principle, it is possible to assemble a small interior heater of the car, having in advance thought out the design and the place of installation of the device itself. It will serve as an additional source of heat in the cabin in the cold winter.
