For one serving, you need:
- 240 g of pasta (horns, spirals, noodles proper, etc.);
- One and a half cup of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- A few spoons of sugar (for your taste - someone loves messenger, someone is more abandoned);
- Bread crumbs - 1-2 spoons;
- A spoonful of margarine and the same amount of sour cream (there are canteens in mind);
- Salt, as usual, to taste.
Our recipe for noodles turns into a dish in this way: cottage cheese is wiped through a sieve or meat grinder. Add raw egg, salt, sugar, all this is combined with the test, mixed. The form for baking is carefully lubricated with margarine, sprinkled with breadcrumbs, egg-macaroni mixture is laid out in it. From above put sour cream (it should be distributed on the whole surface). Add the melted margarine and oven until the crust is formed. Served on a table with sour cream or jam, syrup, honey. - 2 onions, 4 cloves of garlic (can be squeezed through the garlic);

- One and a half tablespoons of sour cream (cream or butter);

- While this process lasts, you can tackle the sauce. The onion is cut, poured into a frying pan, water is added. Everything is put on a big fire until the liquid evaporates. This little trick helps to remove from the root of the inherent bitterness.
- Pour in the oil, make the fire quieter, let the onion lightly fry. Then we put garlic and other spices in it, stir, slightly crushing the onions. Next turn the sour cream (or its replacement), then tomato and squash. Everything is mixed, languishing.
