Employees of the organizations have all kinds of holidays. Each of them can be of a certain duration. A leave is granted according to the order of the institution. And the basis for its release is the employee's statement. Consider the samples of applications for annual leave.

How many days should I write?

The deadline for writing an application for a regular leave varies from three days to two weeks. What is the reason for this? The defining moment is the scale of the enterprise. To ensure that every employee is able to rest, and the company does not lose labor, the HR department should schedule a holiday for the following year. Two weeks before the expiration of the term, a human resources officer is required to notify the employee in writing. How to write correctly?

The application can be written both handwritten and printed on the computer. The form of the document is as follows:

  2. Header. In this case, a statement.

The application for unpaid leave is written when the main is still far away, and the employee needs to resolve any issues. Additional leave

Additional leave is regulated by art. 116 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. In some cases, the employer, according to the terms of the collective agreement, grants it to certain categories of employees. But there are posts for which, in addition to the main annual leave, an additional one is mandatory. These include:

  • Judicial officers, employees of internal bodies, rescuers, cosmonauts, servicemen;
  • Workers in the construction sector;
  • Workers, extracting minerals (salt, ore, slate) and transporting them;
  • Workers of the metallurgical sphere;
  • Employees of power supply enterprises;
  • Professional athletes and coaches;
  • Workers in the Far North and persons who may be exposed to radiation;
  • Employees of the municipal sphere.

The fact of granting an additional leave must necessarily be prescribed in the internal regulatory acts of the company and in the collective agreement. How should I pay an additional leave? Annual, it is provided by the employer in the same order as the principal. And also paid.

In addition, if an employee does not want to take additional leave, he can write an application for payment of compensation for unused rest, exceeding 28 calendar days.
