Products:

- Two hundred grams of fish fillet;

- two chicken eggs;

- a little flour;

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish fillets into the same portions, salt and mix with spices. Let the mixture soak for half an hour.

Products:

- three hundred grams of pollock;

- a tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise;

Preparation:

  1. Pollock the pollock to completely defrost, thoroughly wash (especially inside) and allow excess liquid to drain.

Products:

- a pound of fish fillet (it is best to use salmon);

- two hundred grams of hard cheese;

- half a lemon;

- for frying - vegetable and butter, taken in equal proportions;

- salt;

- white pepper;

- flour;

- toothpicks.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish fillets across into thin slices.
  2. Sprinkle each piece with pepper and salt.
  3. Cheese cut into small long blocks.
  4. For each fish plate put a piece of filling and wrap it with a roll, and then grind half the toothpick.
  5. Lay out for frying on a hot frying pan, pre-roll in flour.

Recipe № 4. How to fry fish fillets with the original mushroom "stuffing"

Products:

- three hundred grams of champignons;

- one hundred grams of fresh green peas;

- one hundred grams of cheese;

- for frying mushrooms - butter;

- flour;

- salt, seasonings.

Preparation:

  1. Fish fillet is better to use in the form of oblong long pieces of small thickness. Sauté them with salt and seasonings and leave for half an hour.
  2. Mushrooms and onions cut very finely, fry until the liquid is completely evaporated and a rosy mass is obtained.
  3. Green peas drop for five minutes in boiling water. Remove it for cooling to a colander.
  4. Cold peas mash with a fork and mix with mushrooms, chopped greens and salt.
  5. Fille roll in flour and put on a hot frying pan. After frying the fish completely on one side, turn it over to the other. After a slight baking, return the pieces to the opposite position. Put on each bit of mushroom filling and gently sprinkle with grated cheese. In this form, you need to fry the pieces for a few more minutes without turning over.
