Spaghetti with sausage sauce

To prepare you will need:

- sausages - 0.5 kg;

- Spaghetti - 1 kg;

First you need to boil a little sausages. Then they get out of the water and cut into small rings. That's why you should choose only high-quality products, otherwise they will just boil or decay during further processing. After this, we begin to prepare the sauce, which will be used for the sausage dish.

To do this, cut the onion into small half-rings, and peel the tomatoes and cut them into large cubes. To make it easier to remove the peel from the tomato, it should be immersed in boiling water for a few seconds, which will remain from the sausages. Then pour a little vegetable oil on the frying pan and put onions on it, which is fried until it is transparent.

To make the sausage dishes not turn into meat porridge, tomatoes are put in a frying pan, which are fried a little, and only then - round sausages. To give a more intense taste, tomato paste and spices are added to the dressing.

Next you need to boil the spaghetti. To do this, you can also use water from sausages, but only if there is no doubt in their quality. Cook them so that the state of readiness was literally a few seconds. Later they "will reach" themselves due to internal temperature.

After that, throw the spaghetti into a colander and add the sauce. These sausage dishes can be called pasta, although Italian chefs are not thrilled with this comparison. In fact, such pasta with gravy have a very good appearance and stunning taste. They are perfect for dinner, and they will take no more than 20 minutes to cook. It is also recommended to sprinkle a hot dish with a small amount of grated cheese and herbs, but this is already a matter of taste.
