First you need to beat butter or margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar. After you need to add half a chicken egg and bring everything to a homogeneous consistency. Then add baking powder or baking soda with ammonium carbonate. Only after this you need to pour in the flour and mix the resulting mass. Strongly knead the dough is not worth it, since it should be soft and gentle. The finished dough should not stick to your hands. With slow and light pressure, you need to knead the dough from all sides and you can proceed to the next step - to form and bake the dairy cake. The recipe according to GOST in this form minimizes the expenditure of forces and time, and the result is excellent.

One of the most delicate stages of cooking is baking, because you need to observe time and temperature exactly. Breast milk GOST does not advise to keep in the oven more than necessary or with a higher heat, because then it will turn stale and lose flavor.
