How to build a house cheaply

The proverb about what every man should do for his life is known to everyone. This concerns the planting of a tree, the birth and education of a son and the construction of a house. And if with trees and sons at least, but every man today is coping, then the problem of building a house arises in the case when the finances, as they say, "sing romances".

How to build your house, if its construction is not possible to spend the enormous amount of money requested by various agencies and construction firms? We need to find other opportunities than those offered to us by organizations interested in enriching at our expense. In this situation there is no other way out how to build a cheap house.

To reduce the cost of construction works, you can try most of it on your own. This will save on the wages of builders.

The second clue to answer the question of how cheap to build a house will be: save on construction materials. For a long time everyone understands that the purchased material always goes more expensive than the one made by oneself. Incredible? Probably yes. But it's a fact! Experienced builders say that you can build houses from anything, if only the building had a good foundation. Therefore, the foundation should not be saved.

It turns out that people with extraordinary thinking, thinking about how to build a house cheaply, came to the conclusion that the most unusual materials are suitable for the walls of the building! It turns out that people build houses even from empty bottles, laying them with their necks inside. The result is an original, beautiful, sparkling structure, extremely warm and quite durable. It just seems that the glass wall will turn out to be fragile and cold. Practice argues the opposite.

But not everyone will decide to build a house of bottles. Especially since it is not easy to collect such a quantity of "building material" of this kind. And how cheap is it to build a house using traditional materials?

Experts advise the use of slag blocks for their own production. Saving here is just amazing! The prime cost of one block hardly exceeds 5 rubles. It is made up of the cost of cement, sand and plasticizer. Of course, water will not be considered.

Filler in the blocks can serve as expanded clay, coal slag or common construction debris: broken glass, small pieces of iron, gravel, stones and other. Wood, paper and plastic will not work.

There is a technique for making blocks or bricks "earthen", that is, in which the main percentage is the land - such building materials are much cheaper than all others.

The shape for the blocks is easy to make from wooden boards. For example, one of the ways of making molds is based on the fact that a cohesive form is made for 15 blocks. Of course, the number 15 is arbitrary, each manufacturer is free to make a specific decision for himself. The size of the upper formwork should be: 200 x 3 = 600 mm - width; 300 x 5 = 1,500 mm - length. The height is 200 mm. The bottom is made retractable, in size 1 500 x 600 mm. It can be made of tin, sheet metal, plywood or boards. If the master at hand does not have a convenient material of this size, you can make a composite bottom of several boards - this is not the point.

Inside the mold, removable partitions must be provided separating bricks or blocks from each other. For ease of excavation, they should be made slightly higher than the formwork itself.

And you also need to think about how to dry the blocks. To do this, you need a room, which should be equipped with a good roof and walls, protecting blocks and bricks from rainfall.

It is also proposed to make shelves for installing filled molds to dry, which should be equipped at an angle of 25-30 degrees relative to the horizon - so the ventilation of the product will be of higher quality, which will significantly reduce the drying time and the formation of cracks in blocks and bricks. You can also use material not for shelves, but for vertical beams with hooks, for which the mold boxes will be fixed, to save material for the equipment of the dryer.

When the problem of cheap building material is solved, we can also consider the question of how cheap it is to build a house half solved.
