How is the patent for foreign citizens properly drawn up and what documents are needed for this?

A patent for foreign citizens must be issued if a person intends to produce any activity in the territory of a foreign country for him. The fact is that in this way the authorities can control what their guests are doing.

Why do I need to draw up this document?

Thanks to the patent, the inhabitants of our country have the opportunity to use the labor of citizens of another country, in particular the former Soviet states. It should be noted that a patent for foreign citizens loses its validity in the event that an advance payment is not made.

In what cases is the issuance of the document impossible?

There are certain circumstances in which this permission is not issued. Before getting a patent, a foreign citizen should understand these features. So, they do not issue the document in the following cases:

- a foreigner wants to register as a private entrepreneur;

- migrant contributes to the violation of the law or the constitutional order of the state;
