How is the patent for foreign citizens properly drawn up and what documents are needed for this?
A patent for foreign citizens must be issued if a person intends to produce any activity in the territory of a foreign country for him. The fact is that in this way the authorities can control what their guests are doing.
Why do I need to draw up this document?
The presented document has its advantages:
- it can be issued by any foreign citizen who is present on the territory of the country;
- The borrower does not have to stand long lines in the tax service, as well as other supervisory bodies;
- a person can draw up a document on his own without attracting intermediaries capable of deceiving;
- there is an opportunity to extend the validity of the patent.
It should be noted that the document can be used no more than one year from the date it was issued. Then it needs to be reissued. Naturally, the employee must pay a monthly advance payment of $ 30. The patent is issued to a foreign citizen within 10 days. Of course, there may be some serious circumstances that may delay his extradition. However, they should not last more than a month.
What documents do I need to provide for processing the authorization?
1. Identity card, which is recognized by the country's governing bodies.
2. Application for a patent.
3. Map of the migrant, in which there should be a mark of the border body on the entry of the person to the territory of the state.
4. Information about what kind of activities are carried out by a foreigner from individuals. They must be provided in a certain form.
5. A receipt that confirms the payment of VAT in the form of an advance fixed payment.
6. Some photos of 3 * 4 on high-quality photo paper. They should be colored.
7. Reference, which states that the foreigner is put on the migration account in the area where he will work.
8. A document that confirms the person's registration with the tax service.
It should be noted that a patent for foreign citizens loses its validity in the event that an advance payment is not made.
In what cases is the issuance of the document impossible?
- a foreigner wants to register as a private entrepreneur;
- migrant contributes to the violation of the law or the constitutional order of the state;
- The person plans any criminal acts or terrorist acts;
- the foreigner does not provide these documents.
If a decision is made to forcibly evict a migrant from the state, the patent automatically terminates.
