And to listen to the advice of Aunt Masha, who eats carrots and praises, or Ivan Ivanovich, who recommends more fiber in the diet, and they both have strong immunity, excellent digestion and weight, it's not necessary. Councils of physicians, in general, are designed for the average person. But we are unique with you to the last atom. The task to take into account all the nuances is not an easy one. But already there are professional doctors practicing Ayurveda, who can help in the selection of an individual food system. And if you want, you can learn Vedic knowledge yourself, apply it, focusing on your health and intuition. Ayurveda is also called the science of self-healing. A person can do a lot for himself, when he stops hoping for help from outside.
Where do I start? From studying yourself. To begin with, you can take a test on the Internet to determine the constitution (cotton wool, pitta, kapha). This, of course, is very approximate, but it will help to choose what exactly you need and you can eat, and that let Aunt Masha eat, God grant her health!
