Rabbit, stewed in beer

Cut a small carcass into large pieces. In a plastic bag put salt, ground pepper and half a cup of flour.

Then "paned" pieces fry in a deep saucepan (in vegetable oil with onion cubes) to make a golden crust. After five minutes add the plates of champignons (100 grams), three crushed garlic cloves, fresh crushed herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary) and laurel leaves.

In a sauté pan with a rabbit, pour two glasses of beer and one - chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook for half an hour under the lid.

Meat should be soft enough.

Next, merge the broth into a frying pan. Add in it two large tablespoons of butter and half a glass of flour (pre-dilute it with boiled water). Bring the sauce until thick and pour the meat. Serve with rice.

Cut rabbit carcass into large pieces and fry to make them brown. Put them in a pan. In the remaining fat, save the cubes of a bulb, three chopped garlic cloves, two peppers (red and green), cut into squares. Cook the vegetables for five to ten minutes and put into a saucepan.

Cut two tomatoes (green and red) into slices and add to the remaining ingredients. Pour two liters of salted chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook for two hours under the lid. The amount of liquid should be reduced by half. Then add the milk of one coconut, bring to a boil and serve with rice.

Creamy soup from a rabbit

Fillets (300 grams) cut into large pieces and put in a saucepan. Add chopped bundle of coriander, four chopped garlic cloves, cubes of chopped red onion. Put out for half an hour, so that the meat is completely cooked. Then bring to a boil a liter of broth, add to it 250 grams of Philadelphia cheese, half a cup of cream and meat. Soup of rabbit should be cooked for another ten minutes. Serve with croutons of white bread.

Rabbit soup with lentils

Pieces of carcass put in a saucepan and pour a liter of chicken broth. Add a half cup of lentils, chopped finely vegetables (carrots and onions), pepper, salt. When the liquid boils - pour a liter of tomato juice. Soup of rabbit cook for two hours on a low heat. It is necessary to constantly stir it. If desired, you can add a pinch of red hot pepper. Serve with buns of black bread with garlic.
