Homemade sweets: candy truffles. A recipe accessible to everyone.

Of course, not everyone loves the sweet, but the abundance of all kinds of sweets on store shelves once again proves that the sweet tooth is many times greater. A variety of cakes, pastries, cookies, sweets ... Eyes and run up, really want to try everything and then. And why not try to create a big sweet candy with your own hands? The following recipes for the Truffle candies are very diverse and, at the same time, simple in their execution.

Curd truffle - sweets, the recipe of which is available even to a child. Moreover, this is a real find for the sweet tooth who are on a diet. Even those who do not like cottage cheese will not be able to refuse such delicacies. Ingredients that will be required for the preparation of these sweets are as follows:

- cottage cheese (9%) - 200g;

- coconut shaving - 50g;

- a mixture of cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla sugar, cloves - 2/3 teaspoon;

- cocoa - 3 tablespoons.

If you have granular or home-made cottage cheese, it is better to grind it through a sieve. When the cheese is ready, add to it coconut shavings and spices and mix everything well (you can use a hand blender). Now, with a tea or even a tablespoon, we collect the resulting mixture, form a cone, pyramid, ball, or any other shape from it. It remains to roll it in cocoa - and the first candy is ready. The same is done with the rest of the curd-coconut mass. Ready truffle! Candy, the recipe of which you just learned, you can either immediately have it, or put it in the refrigerator for storage. And a little note: if you still want these curd truffles to be sweeter, you can add a mild (or a lot) of powdered sugar to your mixture, to your taste.

Another chocolate truffles, the recipe of which is completely different, but also uncomplicated, provide for the presence of brandy in them, so you need to stock up with at least the smallest bottle of this drink. So, we take:

- bitter chocolate - 150 g;

- cream of 35% fat content - 70 ml;

- Butter - 20 g;

- cognac - 1 tablespoon;

- powdered sugar - 30 g;

- cocoa - how much it takes to roll candy.

To decorate a festive table, it is difficult to find candies more suitable than truffles. The recipe for such a treat says: in cream you have to melt butter and chocolate. Do this on a small fire. When all components have melted, turn off the fire, and add a powder of sugar and a spoonful of cognac to the saucepan. All is well mixed, and when it cools down, it is put in the refrigerator for about three hours. At the end of this time, the chocolate mixture must be extracted from the refrigerator and proceeded to form candies of any shape from it. Round or square, in the form of a cone or pyramid, but this is a truffle. Candy, the recipe of which is so simple, put on a well sprinkled with cocoa powder kitchen board and, not regretting, sprinkle the top with the same cocoa. We remove all this beauty for several hours in the fridge, after which the candies along with the cocoa are put in a bag and shake a little so that the cocoa is distributed evenly over the entire surface of each truffle. If you have not eaten all of them at once, hide what's left in the fridge, otherwise the sweets just melt.

If you like truffles, you will also like the cookie recipe with these sweets. The recipe is designed for 28 truffles, so make your favorite candy in advance, then take:

- chocolate crumb - 1 glass;

- Butter - 150 g;

- flour - 2 cups;

- vanilla - 1 teaspoonful;

- Brown sugar - 1 glass.

Melt butter in a saucepan and add vanilla and brown sugar. Stir everything until the sugar is completely dissolved, and the mixture does not acquire a delicious brown color. Allow the mixture to cool, then add chocolate and flour to it and knead the dough. This test needs to stick every truffle. The baking tray, on which the biscuits will be baked, should be covered with parchment. We put the blanks and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When the cookie will cool down, serve.
