"Hi mermaid" salad with squid and cucumber

"Hi mermaid" - salad with squid and cucumber.

Ingredients:

- 370 g fillets of fresh squid;

- 550 g of fresh potatoes;

- 130 g of lightly salted cucumber ;

- a can of large peas;

- two large eggs;

- a glass of mayonnaise;

- Cracker salad, greens, pepper and large salt.

To prepare a salad with squids and cucumbers it is necessary:

1. Wash the squid and boil it with boiling water so that the skim leaves better, put it in salted water, then remove and cool, cut into thin strips across the fibers, so that the meat does not exfoliate.

2. Boil the potatoes in a peel so that they do not crumble, clean and cut into small blocks.

3. Boil the eggs, peel off the shell and chop up coarsely, and cut the cucumbers into medium sized cubes.

4. Put all the ingredients in a prepared container, pour peas, cover with mayonnaise with pepper and salt.

5. Transfer the salad with squids and cucumbers to the prepared salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves, decorated with chopped herbs.

"Triton" is a salad with squid and caviar.

Ingredients:

- 950 g fresh squid;

- four large eggs;

- 350 g of zucchini;

- 120 ml of caviar (preferably red);

- A pair of leek stems;

- two glasses of light mayonnaise;

- a bunch of dill and black freshly ground pepper.

Method of preparation of "Triton":

1. Prepared squid (washed and cleaned) put cooked in salted water, then removed and cooled. Cut the boiled squid meat neatly, across the fibers, with medium strips.

2. Boil the eggs, carefully peel off the shell, remove the yolks and cut the squirrels into squirrels.

3. Cleanse, rinse leeks and thinly cut the same way as zucchini.

4. Transfer all the ingredients to the prepared container and gently mix, pepper and salt. Pour mayonnaise, stir again and add red caviar. Salad put in cooked kremanki slides, sprinkle on top with chopped dill and add some eggs on top of the pyramid.

"Sea miracle" - salad with squid and chicken.

Ingredients:

- 350 g of fresh chicken fillet;

- 350 g fresh squid;

- two juicy pickled cucumbers;

- one apple of Antonovka variety;

- 13 ml of lemon juice;

- 175 ml of mayonnaise;

- greens, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Method of preparation of the "Sea miracle":

1. Wash the chicken fillets and boil until cooked, chill and cut into small blocks.

2. Carcases of fresh squid should be well-watered with boiling water and thoroughly cleaned from the film, removing the insides and cartilages, rinsing and cooking until ready, cooled and cut with the same brusochkami as chicken.

3. We clear the apple and cucumber from the skin and break it with medium cubes, pre sprinkling with lemon juice.

4. Spread the ingredients in the prepared container, pour mayonnaise, season with pepper and sprinkle with carefully chopped herbs, mix and spread out portionwise on kremankam.

Salads with squid are very popular for several reasons:
