Theoretically, this method is known from very old times. How does food compatibility work with separate power supplies? According to experts, our digestive system is not perfect, and the cleavage of different groups of food elements requires certain enzymes, which are produced consistently. Otherwise, proteins, fats and carbohydrates are digested for a long time, and the body has to work in a more intense rhythm. In this case, the enzymes produced under extreme conditions start to suppress each other, and the result is one - the accumulation of toxins, toxins and excess kilograms in the body.

The compatibility of food with separate food consists in the conditional division of food into three main groups: proteins, plant components and carbohydrates.
