So how do you find and select products with the highest protein content among all the stores and markets available on the shelves?

Most of all proteins are found in products of animal origin. In addition, it is animal protein that is the most valuable and well-assimilated human body. That's why a bodybuilder should focus on the consumption of such food. Of course, listing these products, it is first of all to say about meat. The foods with the highest protein content are different kinds of meat and fish. The percentage of protein in them can reach 30%. Consumption of meat protein is vital for any organism, not just an athlete, because it is from meat that the body receives amino acids that are so necessary to it. Most lean beef, veal and chicken are preferred because of their low fat content.

High protein content is also noted in dairy products. Leaders here are cottage cheese and cheese. The protein content in them can reach 40%! At the same time, it should be taken into account that cheese and curd contain mainly casein, a "slow" protein, assimilated by the body only for several hours. However, he also plays a big role in nutrition with a diet for a set of muscle mass. It should be noted that in the curd and cheese traditionally high levels of fat, and therefore should choose low-fat or low- fat cheeses and cottage cheese. Do not forget about milk and yogurt, because in liquid form, food is much easier to absorb.

The products with the highest protein content include chicken eggs. However, consuming a large number of eggs with yolk can damage the liver. There is enough protein in various porridges, especially buckwheat, but carbohydrates are even more, which is not always good, especially in the case of "drying".

Nuts and beans are also foods with the highest protein content. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that, like most foods rich in protein, they create a considerable load on the digestive system, since they are split into amino acids - the constituents of any protein are difficult and long. So do not forget about such a significant help for the athlete, as sports nutrition, from which all unnecessary ballast substances are removed and which is quickly absorbed. After using sports nutrition, protein in the necessary doses will get much easier. Not everyone can eat a day and digest a dozen eggs and a kilogram of meat. It's much easier and tastier to drink a protein shake with a taste of chocolate or vanilla. In the event that a full meal is not possible, sports nutrition can be a great help. Nevertheless, it will not be possible to completely replace traditional food with sports nutrition, and the main share of proteins a person should receive with ordinary food.
