Fish cutlets from cod

Any mother who has small children, seeks to monitor their diet, including a variety of foods in the diet. It's no secret that children are very useful fish. Especially I want to highlight cod.

Cod contains a large amount of vitamin B12, which is required to work the brain and strengthen immunity. In addition, there is vitamin D in the cod, which is necessary for bone growth. In the meat of this fish a little fat, so it is ideal for those who suffer from being overweight.

It should be noted that in the baby's diet the fish should be present up to two times a week. It can be fish soups, meatballs, or you can cook fish cutlets from cod. This dish certainly will have to your children to taste, because the cutlets are delicious, lush and mouth-watering.

In order to cook cutlets from cod, you will need the following ingredients:

- cod fillets - 500-800 grams (you can use whole fish, but it will have to be cut and removed all the bones and skin);

- Caps of butter;

- 2 fresh chicken eggs;

- semolina - 2 tablespoons;

- 2 medium bulbs;

- salt, pepper to taste;

- bread crumbs for breading.

First we will prepare fish minced meat. We clean fish, remove bones and skin, if you have fish fillets, remove only the skin. Then chop the fillet and onions in a meat grinder. In the mince we add butter (as the fish is lean, butter will complement the taste and give the cutlets juiciness and softness), beaten eggs, semolina and salt with pepper. The resulting mass should be thoroughly mixed and put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. The mass must be cooled in order to make it easier to make fish cutlets from cod. Then begins the forming of cutlets. Since we prepare meatballs for children, and, especially since they are fish, we can use the form for a cookie in the form of a fish. Cut out cutlets, breadcrumbs. Of course, they can be fried, but it's best to cook fish cutlets from cod to steamed. To do this, you can use a steamer. Fish is not prepared for long, so 30 minutes is enough. You can serve chops with anything: with mashed potatoes, and with porridges, but they are best combined with rice. Certainly from such fish cutlets will be delighted not only by children, but also by adults.

For example, we will give one more recipe for "adults". In order to prepare fish patties from cod for 5 good servings, we will need the following products:

- fillet tracks - 1 kg;

- stalks of celery - 3 pieces;

- one large onion;

- a couple of slices of white bread or a loaf;

- one egg;

Fresh parsley;

- bread crumbs;

- salt to taste.

For an acute sauce:

- mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;

- 2 teaspoons of chili sauce;

- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

First, we prepare fish minced meat: we pass the cod fillets through a meat grinder, along with onions, white bread (it is necessary to make the cutlets magnificent). All carefully mixed. Then take the stalks of celery, finely shred, fry in vegetable oil and combine with fish minced meat. Beat the egg and salt, combine with minced meat and mix well, so that the salt is evenly distributed throughout the mass. Then, from the finished minced meat, we form the cutlets, then we pan the breadcrumbs from both sides and send them to the frost so that the cutlets do not fall apart during the frying. After the cutlets are frozen, fry in vegetable oil until a characteristic crust. From this amount of minced meat, 10 large cutlets are produced. In order to prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. Cutlets are served hot, from above carefully put the sauce. As a garnish, you can use the same pic.
