The effective financial environment of entrepreneurship increases the flexibility of entrepreneurial structures, stimulates reengineering processes, gradually and gradually changing the very essence of commercial activity. In the modern economy, the most widespread are network organizations, virtual corporations, multidimensional organizations, circular corporations, intellectual and learning organizations.

A network organization is characterized by targeting different types of partner relationships with respect to information exchange, cooperation and asset sharing. The financial environment of entrepreneurship here is built on the basis of a contractual relationship and a collegiate form of management, in which all elements of the network are involved, has a high degree of flexibility and freedom of participants. The activities of the network organization are coordinated on the basis of mutually beneficial contracts, and relations within the organization are based on market mechanisms, adjusted for the administrative impact of large participants.

A virtual corporation is a community of functional partners engaged in the management, design, production and sale of goods and services using information and computer technologies. It is characterized by independent working groups that operate on a contract basis, and contractual relations between employees and administrative links. Relationships within a virtual corporation are determined by joint ownership, which, on the one hand, determines the high degree of freedom of participants and the growth of individual rights, and, on the other, general responsibility. For this type of organization there is a flexible distribution in space and time.

Multidimensional organization includes three structural elements: functional, product and market branches, which can be formed either at all or at certain levels of the organization. As an institutional basis, contractual relations between units are used, supported by the coordinating influence of management. The structure of the multidimensional organization allows it to quickly adapt to changing conditions without reorganization, since each branch is subordinated to only one leader and is managed as a separate type of business. For this type of organization is characterized by high autonomy in the general leadership, since its very structure determines only the need to monitor the interactions of subordinates and the adoption of common strategic decisions.

Circular organization is a democratic hierarchy, consisting of councils of different levels, subordinated to each leader. The degree of flexibility of this form depends on the autonomy of the units. Democratic relations, built on the possibility of each employee's participation in decision-making.

Intellectual organization is formed on the principle of "free society" due to a large number of autonomous interaction groups, each of which is endowed with certain powers. This form of business organization is based on informal connections and free communications. It is the intellectual organization that most corresponds to its form and content to the "new economy", as it provides freedom of "domestic entrepreneurship", wide and full-scale links between autonomous working groups. The centralization of leadership in it occurs only when it is necessary to solve common problems, since high and continuously changing flexibility in the process of work and organization of the system of interrelations is provided by the "internal" mechanism of self-regulation. High autonomy, equality of members, parity of individual rights contribute to ensuring freedom and development of the creative beginnings of employees.

The learning organization assumes a continuous increase in the educational and intellectual levels of workers, the development of accumulated experience in order to respond quickly to changes in the external environment. The management form is represented by target and special self-governing groups, whose coordination is carried out on the basis of free cooperation in the framework of organizational training. Relations within the team are built on the principle of active exchange of knowledge and information, and joint retraining. A high degree of freedom and creativity, favorable conditions for raising the intellectual level, limited only by the framework of the team, are a powerful incentive for improving employees.
