Edged sawn timber

In the era of market economy it is useless to rely on the fact that someone for pennies will sell you a really high-quality product. For example, the forestry and furniture industries have today found a good substitute for the natural timber stock, replacing it with chipboard and MDF. Such materials are relatively reliable, but, nevertheless, not equal to the natural tree. It should be said that everything is not so sad, because the natural board is now used in a variety of industries. However, it is also necessary not to forget that if you need an oak board, well processed, it will be judged decently. And the oak unedged board, used for making furniture, is worthy of its money, because the finished thing can be sold much more expensive, more than covering the waste for its purchase.
And yet, in our time there has been an agiotage on furniture made of natural material, so those who wish to offer a quality product now need to reflect on the purchase of oak. On the other hand, edged lumber is also profitable to use in the furniture industry, making from it not only expensive furniture or small elements of furniture decoration, but also a variety of other products. In addition, unedged boards are widely used in factories that produce floor coverings.
With the rational use of solid wood, everything is absolutely useful, for example, lumber.
Special attention should be paid to the edged oak board. Its value is more than the cost of a unedged board, as it is completely spent in the production of furniture, with a very low volume of waste.
Mainly, to reduce the cost of finished office furniture made from natural oak, only the facade is made. The cases are made of MDF. This symbiosis makes it possible to reduce the cost of furniture while preserving the outdoor appearance. Care for such furniture does not require extra efforts. It is necessary to open the facade once a few years with varnish, in order to update its external appearance. The service life of furniture from natural wood is a couple of decades, and with the right treatment it can become a true historical antiques.
