How to properly douche at home?

Solution, it is not recommended to do too much concentration. For hygienic procedures, it is enough to dissolve a half teaspoon of soda in a liter of water. Pre-recommended "quench" the soda with two or three tablespoons of boiling water, then top up the rest with the required amount of water. When preparing the washing solution, only boiled water is used.

For the procedure, a syringe is used - a rubber pear of a small size. The solution can be injected from the bottom upwards, squatting. It is better to do it in the bathroom.
