One of the most favorite mushrooms is champignons. They are considered the purest mushrooms, but despite this, many housewives ask the question: "Do I need to mushroom mushrooms?"

Those mushrooms that were grown in an industrial way, do not need to be cleaned, they are ready to eat. In supermarkets and large stores they are sold in trays, packed under a film, respectively, the mushrooms do not contact the surrounding objects. But do you need to clean the collected mushrooms in the forest or heavily soiled? Champignons with long contact with water become watery, taste qualities are lost, so soak them in water is not worth it, just rinse under the jet. Some connoisseurs of mushrooms try not to do even this, they moisten paper towels and gently wipe the mushrooms with them. The mushroom hats are covered with a thin film, sandpaper. If you are still considering whether to clean the mushrooms, try to pick it up with a knife or just a finger. If the skins easily leave, then the mushrooms can be cleaned.

Now you need to trim the faded edge of the mushroom's legs. In not very fresh champignons, substances harmful to the human body begin to accumulate, so do not buy them in advance and store them in the refrigerator. It is better to choose large white mushrooms in the store when you are sure that you will cook them at once. Do you have to risk yourself? It is not necessary to clean the mushrooms, it is also not necessary to heat them. There are many recipes for salads, in which one of the ingredients is sliced raw mushrooms.

But I advise you to prepare champignons stuffed. The dish is simple, yet very tasty and satisfying. We need about five hundred grams of mushrooms, three medium bulbs, three to four tomatoes, one hundred and seventy grams of hard cheese. I think that you have already decided for yourself whether you need to clean the mushrooms, it remains to separate the legs and finely chop.

Onions finely shink, pour it together with the legs of mushrooms on a heated frying pan with the addition of sunflower oil, fry for about ten minutes. Slightly cool, salt, pepper, stir and fill this mixture with the mushroom cap. Tomatoes must be washed with running water, dried with a kitchen paper towel and cut into rings. For each champignon it is necessary to put one tomato ring, and then put all the mushrooms on a baking sheet lubricated with sunflower oil. We rub the cheese on a large grater and sprinkle it with a dish. At will, you can add a little mayonnaise to the mushrooms. It remains to mash the mushrooms, for this we send them to a preheated oven (up to 180-200 degrees) for thirty minutes. Ready mushrooms spread on a plate with green lettuce leaves. Bon Appetit!
