"Diflucan" is produced in France. As indicated above, its active substance is fluconazole. Accordingly, analogues of "Diflucan" "Fluconazole", "Ciscan" and "Forcan" have a similar composition and effect. They are produced in India. This same active substance is a part of "Funzola", which is produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Disorel-Sanovel" (or "Flukoral") in Turkey. The substitute "Diflukan" under the name "Mikomaks" is produced in the Czech Republic.

"Diflucan", analogues of this drug can not be used with other antifungal agents. This is fraught with the development of hematomas, nasal or gastrointestinal bleeding. "Diflucan", its analogs, can not be taken with "Cisapride": it can cause atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, fluttering of the ventricles of the heart

Joint reception of "Diflucan" with sedatives can enhance the effect of the latter.

Reviews collected during the survey of doctors and their patients indicate that "Diflucan" or "Fluconazole", their substitutes have almost no side effects. Only some people with hypersensitivity can experience vomiting or diarrhea, skin rashes appear.

There have been several cases when the "Diflucan" administration caused toxic changes in the liver, leading to a fatal outcome.

There is no information on the interaction of Diflucan with alcohol. However, it is worth remembering that alcohol drastically reduces the effectiveness of all medicines. This reaction is most often observed in patients with AIDS.

The dosage of the medicinal product is selected by the physician individually in each individual case. It depends on the age of the patient, the state of his health, the characteristics of the course of the disease.
