The so-called Armenian bread, or lavash, is becoming more popular every year in Russia. This fresh thin cake can already be bought in any supermarket and used instead of regular bread, or something stuffed. The choice of toppings for stuffing lavash is simply a huge amount. Let's try to talk about a few of them. So, the first recipe.

Stuffed pita bread with red fish

Take 300 g of slightly salted fish red (any), 1 lavash, 250 grams of any processed cheese and a little greens.

Turn the pita bread and smear it with cheese. We put the little fish cut from small slices on top, sprinkle with chopped herbs and roll it into a roll. This roll should be wrapped in foil and left in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to impregnate.

Stuffed pita bread with cheese and egg

For cooking you will need for 1 lavash 1 raw egg, 100 gr. Cheese and a little pepper and salt.

The egg is beaten with shabby cheese, salt and pepper until a dense mass is obtained. Lavash is sprinkled with water and placed in a frying pan, previously oiled. Top pour ½ of the mixture and cover the frying pan with a lid. We wait until the cheese-egg mass hardens a little, and turn the pita bread. Again, pour a mixture and a little brown. The pita bread removed from the frying pan can be rolled up or cut into pieces.

Stuffed pita bread with vegetables

Buy 3 lavash, 200 grams of common cabbage, 1 onion, a couple of tomatoes, a little bit of pickled carrots and carrots in Korean, ketchup and mayonnaise according to your taste.

Cut the cabbage, chop it with pepper and salt and fry it a little. We cut tomatoes into slices, onions - as small as possible. Diluted lavash is smeared with ketchup, put tomatoes, cabbage and all other ingredients. Lubricated with mayonnaise and wrapped with rolls. The resulting rolls should be put on a buttered baking sheet and put on for 10 minutes in the oven.

Stuffed pita bread with chicken and cucumber

For 1 pita of lavash you will need 3 salted cucumbers, 300 grams of fried or smoked chicken, 1 Bulgarian pepper, 2 onions and tomatoes, mayonnaise.

Meat finely chopped, and cucumbers are large three on a grater. Pepper and onions cut as small as possible. Tomatoes, too, cut into smaller and cubes. In lavash put this stuffing, wrap it with rolls and let it soak for half an hour. Decorate with greens on top.

Stuffed pita bread with tuna

For 2 lavash you will need 1 can of tuna, a couple of pickled cucumbers, 100 gr. Sausage cheese, a couple of eggs, mayonnaise and greens.

Eggs must be hard boiled and chopped. Cheese is rubbed, cucumbers and greens, too, as much as possible to grind. Tuna with a fork. All the ingredients are mixed, if it seems unsalted - salt, add a little bit of mayonnaise and spread 1 lavash. On top put the first lavash and another layer of filling, and only then turn off into a thick roll. Wrapped in a film, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Stuffed pita bread with cheese

For cooking, buy 1 large lavash, 600 gr of Adyghe cheese, 1 pc. Pepper of Bulgarian, a couple of sprigs of parsley, basil and dill and a couple of cloves of garlic. Will need mayonnaise.

Soft Adyghe cheese should be kneaded and add to it finely chopped greens and sweet peppers. Then squeeze garlic and mix thoroughly. This stuffing should be put on lavash, wrap it in a roll and let it brew in the refrigerator. When serving on the table, cut the roll with rings.

Pita bread with fruit filling

Lavash can also be used as a dessert, for example, if it is stuffed with fruit. For cooking, take the following set of fruits: watermelon, blueberries, melon, raspberries, pitted cherries, strawberries (in fact, you can take any fruits and berries that you like). For the sauce: 1 yolk, half a liter of milk, a spoonful of flour and sugar and a touch of vanillin.

All fruits are washed and cut into small slices. The proportions can be different, depending on which fruits you like best. Sugar is ground with yolk, we pour in 0.5 cup. Milk. The remaining milk is boiled with vanilla and, adding to it the previously prepared mixture, cook. Then with this sauce we pour lavash, spread fruit on it, we pour the sauce over it again and turn off. Delicious dessert is ready!
