Delicious recipes: crab dishes

If you like seafood, then the dishes of crab meat will be an excellent addition to your diet. They have a pleasant taste, are rich in useful substances, and at the same time can be used with diets. To properly boil crabs, they need to be lowered into the water when it is already boiling and salted. When crabs sink to the bottom and change color to red-orange, they can be pulled out. From crabs it is possible to prepare salads and soups, sauces and snacks.

Dishes from crabs: julienne

Boil 400 g of crab, peel and divide into small pieces, removing the chitinous plates. Then 2 cloves of garlic must be ground and lightly fried in a saucepan. Add there 100 ml of white wine, crab meat and, stirring, keep on low heat until the wine is evaporated. 400 ml of cream warm and combine with the mixture in the saucepan, for 6 minutes keep it on low heat. When it cools, add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

1 roll the puff pastry with a flat cake 2-3 mm thick. A glass squeeze out pieces of 18-20 mugs. Half off, and in the second half with a glass with a smaller diameter cut the rims. These rims need to be put on whole mugs, grease with whipped protein and put into the oven for 15 minutes. These molds must be filled with a mixture of crab meat, sprinkle 50 grams of shabby hard cheese and bake for another 5 minutes to make the cheese melt.

Dishes from crabs: Vietnamese soup

First you need to boil the broth: for 3 liters of water you will need 1 chicken and a small piece of ginger root. Then take 50 g of boiled chicken and crab meat, cut them into strips. Half a pepper of Bulgarian cut into cubes. Add 1 tablespoon of green peas and 5 cut shiitake mushrooms (you can replace it), pour the mixture with 200 grams of chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 1 whipped egg and a spoon of water diluted starch. Bring the mixture to a strong boil and, without delay, remove from heat. Serving on the table, sprinkle the soup in each plate with chopped quail eggs, hard-boiled, and green onions.

Dishes from crabs: brodetto in Albanian

Boil 100 g of crabs, peel and grind them. Boil 6 potatoes and cut them into slices. Mix potatoes and crab meat, add pepper and salt, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Top with chopped parsley, add a little wine vinegar (0.5 cup) and all this fade for about 30 minutes.

Dishes from crabs: canapés

To prepare a canapé with crab, chop the green onions (5 feathers), a little dill, a celery stalk and half a pepper of Bulgarian. 1 can of canned crab meat mixed with sliced herbs, a mixture of 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 spoonful of mustard, salt.

Get the resulting crab salad on lettuce leaves (preferably Romano), decorate with leaves of parsley. Each sheet should be put on a loaf (cracker or cakes will do). Canapes are ready!

Dishes from the crab: tortillas in lemon-dill sauce

First we prepare the sauce. To do this, mix ¼ cup skimmed cream with 200 grams of mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley and dill, 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel, a spoonful of lemon juice and a chopped garlic clove. The resulting mixture is left in the refrigerator until thick.

In the meantime, you can cook scones. Melt a spoonful of butter in a frying pan, add finely chopped 1 slice of garlic, one bunch of green onions and ½ Bulgarian pepper and fry. Add to the mixture 1 egg, ½ cup dried bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons cream (fatty) and a spoonful of mustard. Mix everything well, add salt, pepper black, finely chopped parsley (1 bunch) and as much green onion. Crab meat canned (450 g) cut into small pieces, add them to the vegetable mixture and form small cakes (their thickness should be about 2 cm). Mix 100 grams of breadcrumbs with a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese and roll the crab cakes in the resulting mixture. Put them for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Mix on a spoonful of any vegetable and creamy butter, warm it in a skillet and fry the tortillas (the crust should turn out). When you serve, pour the tortillas with sauce.
