Then on the third sheet, after lubricating with mayonnaise, we put the grated cheese, the fourth sheet - the squirrels from the eggs, the fifth leaf - the onion, and the last sixth sheet, laid on top, also smears mayonnaise and put fish canned food crushed with a fork. Carefully twist, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator.

In addition to salted, lavash rolls can be prepared with a sweet filling. In addition, some use them to wrap curd mass, and then fry in a pan, so the finished dish is almost impossible to distinguish from pancakes with cottage cheese.
