Debunking the myth that low-calorie dishes can not be tasty

• Grind several cloves of garlic.

• In a blender, combine 1 liter of low-fat kefir, a glass of ice water, salt, ground pepper and 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Beat all together.

• Grind the greens of dill.

• Crush about a quarter of a glass of walnut kernels.

• Put the cucumbers into the plates, then dill and pour over the kefir mixture.

• Sprinkle with ground nuts before serving.

Hardly anyone will argue about the benefits of the products that make up this cooling soup.

To quickly feel satiety, try to prepare a very light, but nutritious version of the series "Low-calorie dishes."

Pancakes with crab sticks

• Grate 30 gr of cheese on a grater.

• Crab sticks (about 200 g) cut into cubes.

• Mix cheese and sticks, flour (total 30 g), a little baking powder for dough, so that the pancakes come out lush.

• Add only 1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise for juiciness and one egg.

• Mix everything well and form choplets with a spoon.

• Fry them on each side, and then hold it under a cover over a small fire.

Many housewives prefer low-calorie recipes with the indication of calories, but this is quite a tedious business and brings little joy.
