The dish in it turns out beautiful and festive. If the form for cottage cheese is missing for some reason, you can replace it with special paper cakes for Easter cakes. However, in this case, you need to be prepared for the fact that the paper will strongly stick to the Easter. When it comes to cutting a festive dish for servings, all the beauty will have to be spoiled. Meanwhile, the baked Easter can be held in the refrigerator until the holiday for several days.

Easter cottage cheese

Ingredients:

  • Fatty cottage cheese - 1,250 g;
  • Wheat flour (semolina) - 150 g;
  • Granulated sugar - 1 glass;
  • Chicken eggs - 10 pieces;
  • Cream of high fat content - 80 g;
  • Raisins, candied fruits - 4 tablespoons.

Cooking dough

Since fresh natural curd has characteristic grains, we will rub it through a sieve or try to homogenize it with a blender.
