It is recommended to clean it with oatmeal, a decoction of oats, but you can also prepare and infuse oats for the liver. To prepare such a healing drink, you need to take a liter of water and add one glass of oats to it. Cook on low heat until the initial amount of water is reduced by about half. After the liquid has become smaller, it remains only to strain it. If desired, you can add honey. In some recipes it is said that after adding honey, it is necessary to boil the liquid for a couple of minutes, in others - that is not necessary. You can try the one and that way - the decoction does not lose useful properties. Such a healing drink should be drunk a little (3-4 sips) throughout the day.

You can put a container of water and oats in the oven and leave to languish until 1/4 of the original amount of liquid evaporates. Infusion, cooked in this way, it is recommended to take three to four times a day for two glasses. The cholagogue effect of this drink will not take long.

There is another way to use oats for the liver. This will require water, oats, milk and honey. For one glass of oats you need five glasses of water, evaporate the water over low heat until the remaining one looks like a liquid semolina porridge or thick jelly. Then strain, add to the broth about two glasses of milk and boil again. And then boil for the third time, only with honey - add it to taste. The resulting broth is better to drink warm or hot three times a day. In addition to the therapeutic function to purify the body, it is very pleasant to taste and contains a lot of calories.

Oats for the liver are useful in any form. You can use it sometimes for prophylaxis, or systematically for treatment. So, for example, even with such a serious disease as hepatitis, it is recommended to take infused oats within a month.

Very useful and infusion of oats for the liver. You can take the same amount of oats, chicory, thyme and, for example, dog rose. Such a mixture is very useful not only for the liver, but it is also part of the rehabilitation after the transferred diseases of the pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, heart and blood vessels.
