Cooked pasta in the multivariate

Multivarka is a very compact and automatic saucepan that saves time, products and, of course, electricity. It can perfectly cook, stew and cook for a couple. This cooking process maximizes the storage of all useful substances in foods and preserves the excellent taste of the prepared dish.

For casseroles will be needed: pasta - 350 grams, any mince - 0.5 kg, one onion, two tomatoes, a glass of water, Beshamel sauce, salt and pepper.
Method of preparation: shred onion finely and fry until golden in "baking" mode, lay out the minced meat, mix and stew until half the meat is ready. Tomatoes are peeled, rubbed on the largest grater and added to the stuffing. Tomatoes can be replaced with adzhika, the taste of this will not change much.

In the cup, pour dry pasta, lay out half-finished stuffing, pepper, salt to taste and mix well. Lubricate the bowl with oil, spread the pasta with minced meat, add a glass of water and pour two glasses of sauce. We distribute the sauce over the entire surface of the pasta with a wooden spatula and in several places make holes so that the sauce will soak the entire dish. Turn on the "baking" mode and cook for 40 minutes. After the warning signal, remove the casserole and leave it in the bowl for 10 minutes, so that it snaps well and does not fall apart when it is laid out. The pasta from a pasta in a multivariate turns out tasty and with a crisp.

Prepare pasta can all, special knowledge and skills are not required here, but few people know how to cook macaroni in a multivariate.

In the bowl pour cold water to the mark "0.5", close the lid and set the mode "fast". In this mode, water boils much faster, after 8 minutes. After boiling, water is salted and pour out half-packs of pasta. Stir and cover with a lid. If the steam starts to come out of the valve, open the lid, mix the pasta and close again. Macaroni will be ready in about 15 minutes after they are thrown.

Macaroni in a multivark can be prepared in a variety of ways. All well-known pasta in the Navy is quite easy and simple to prepare in the multivark.

For cooking, you need: an average onion, 300 grams of minced meat, 150 grams of pasta, tomato paste, vegetable oil, spices and salt.
Preparation: we put the "baking" mode on the multivarquet, add the vegetable oil and the onions cut into half rings. Fry for several minutes without closing the lid. We lay out the forcemeat and close the lid - but not to the click - and continue to fry for about 15 minutes. Then mix everything well and add two spoons of tomato paste, spices to taste and salt. Again, everything is mixed and poured hot water two centimeters above the pasta and set the regime "pilaf". Macaroni in the multivark will be ready in about 30 minutes. As an option - pasta can be cooked in the usual way, add to the multivarka to minced meat and onions and just fry.

Macaroni in a multivarque with a liver is another satisfying and tasty dish. We pour water into the multivark, lay out pieces of sliced liver on the nozzle, close the lid, set the "cooking" mode and wait for 30 minutes. After the time, remove the nozzle with the liver, fill up the half-pastry macaroni in the water, add salt, install the grate with the liver and continue cooking on the same regime for another 15 minutes. Next, take out the liver and twist it on the meat grinder. We drain the water from the pasta, put the milled liver on top and set the "quenching" regime for about 10 minutes. After the set time, we mix everything well, leave it under the closed lid for a few more minutes. Macaroni in the multivark are very fragrant.
