Reception or a hall for service is the "face" of any enterprise. An indispensable element in it is a stand with information on protecting the rights of customers. A meaningful and beautifully designed "Corner of Consumer Rights" can become a center for communication with visitors. The official legislative base for the formation of the stand is the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (Article 8-10) and the Rules for the Sale of Certain Types of Goods (paragraph 10).
