Constitutional control - guarantee of dynamic development of society

Observance of the rule of law and order, as evidenced by the entire centuries of experience in the development of society, is the most important condition and the basic principle of the normal functioning of any form of social organization, its viability and dynamic development. Constitutional control is designed to ensure strict observance of all provisions and articles of the basic law of any state - the Constitution.

Without this, no social formation can count on successful and progressive development. If the constitutional control is not properly implemented, the very existence of such a society can be threatened. That is why in Russia these issues and problems are constantly at the epicenter of universal attention. The bodies of constitutional control of the Russian Federation and various political parties consider the spectrum of problems and issues related to ensuring the freedoms and rights of citizens as a cornerstone of their activities, as well as the strict implementation of all the norms of the basic law.

The constitutional control gained particular relevance in the current conditions of democratic transformations in the Russian state, which entailed grandiose and challenging tasks that the huge multinational country is solving . Thus, the integral function of the state leadership is to take care of the normal functioning of the legal mechanisms laid down in the basic law.

And if we take into account the current trends in the development of the entire international community as a whole, constitutional control and the problems associated with it are becoming the primary direction of state policy and a specific guide for the Russian Federation in the path of progress and prosperity. Since the three whales on which modern concepts of democracy are based are the rule of law, constitutionalism and civil society.

Global changes and transformations taking place in Russia today affected all spheres of the socio-economic, cultural and political life of the country. For further progress to progress, clear and rigorous state control and supervision of strict observance of constitutional and legal norms, which are a reliable guarantee for the construction of a developed democratic state, are necessary.

State institutions of power occupy a key position in the whole system of overseeing the observance of the rule of law, since only they have in their hands all the most effective mechanisms and instruments necessary to control the implementation of constitutional norms. The basic law, being the main legal and political document of the country, fixes and regulates all aspects of the political system and socio-economic sphere, as well as determines the form of state structure.

The validity of the Constitution extends to all spheres of social relations, without exception , it is the legal basis for legislation in general and, if one may say so, the core of the state legal mechanism.

This determines the key role of the fundamental law in the life of society. The activities of all officials, individuals and public organizations, and most importantly, state bodies regulating the political course and determining the face of the country, must comply with constitutional norms. Without this, the rule of law is impossible. This can only be achieved if there is an effectively functioning control system.
