Ceramic Blocks Conquer Russia.

The modern construction market is developing at a frantic pace and making new demands for heat and sound insulation of materials, speed and convenience of erection, practicality and durability of building structures.

Until recently, the most complete meeting all the requirements of ordinary building bricks. But time does not stand still, and what previously suited us, today requires improvement. In the early 80-ies of the XX century, the usual hollow brick is replaced by so-called "warm ceramics" - porous ceramic blocks.

Due to its technical characteristics and environmental friendliness, porous ceramics have become very popular on the building materials market. They began to be used throughout the construction of load-bearing walls of low-rise and high-rise buildings, external and internal walls of industrial structures, as well as for filling skeletons. In addition, ceramic blocks have proven themselves in the construction of outdoor walls of rooms, which maintain a moist regime. High heat and sound insulation, excellent aesthetic properties, lightness caused by a large number of voids, and durability made the ceramic block an ideal material for the construction of residential buildings.

Optimal ratio of usability and product quality.

The walls of the ceramic blocks are resistant to acids and alkalis, are immune to the appearance of fungi and mold, they are able to control the moisture level and maintain the optimal temperature in the room. An important quality is that when laying ceramic blocks, 4 times less solution is consumed than when laying a brick wall. Inverse proportionality is observed when calculating the rate of erection.

A distinctive feature of ceramic blocks is the rational arrangement of voids and porosity during roasting, which ensures its high thermal insulation properties (thermal conductivity λ = 0.11 W / m ° C), which allows to save on additional insulation systems. And this despite the fact that the wall, built of porous ceramics, is much thinner than a brick wall. At dimensions, for example, 255х380х219 weight of a ceramic block makes hardly more than 15 kg. The latter quality brings with it the simplification and simplification of the construction of the foundation of the building. The strength of ceramic blocks corresponds to the strength of hollow bricks (M 75).

Ceramic blocks have long been known in Europe. Today they are becoming one of the most popular construction materials in Russia.
