A personal list of the best thrillers is a sophisticated way to tickle your nerves

Thrillers usually excite viewers even more than standard horror films. And why? They play not only on our natural sense of fear, but also on how to mock our minds. Not every spectator who likes to tickle his nerves will choose a movie of this genre for these purposes. Even if you score the phrase "best movies, list" in the search line, thrillers will not occupy 10% of this list. For an untrained viewer, films such as the "Suicide Hall" or "Chat" will remain not only misunderstood, but, on the whole, can cause disgust towards the producer country of such a movie. After them, usually there is a rather unpleasant aftertaste, which can be interrupted unless a good youth comedy. Although most moviegoers do not frighten off such consequences, the genre of "thriller" can nevertheless be called one of the most preferred. Every fan of this genre has a personal list of the best thrillers. It is useless to dispute it, because so many people - so many preferences. We will try to describe some of the most famous and we will certainly mention the pictures loved by a narrow circle of the viewer.

Subjectivism and kinomaniya

One of the undisputed favorites is the film "Without feelings" (2007) with Jason Behr in the lead role. This is a film adaptation of a not too popular novel of the same name, which can cause such a palette of emotions that it will take several days to rehabilitate. The impression is delayed for a long time, thanks not only to the good work of the writers, but also to the amazing acting. Also very strong is the film with the hideous name "Dead Man", which clearly demonstrates the morale of modern youth. In this genre it is difficult to find a film with an even more vivid antisocial theme, however, it is very peculiarly beaten there.

The recent "Ashes" with the cutie Jim Sturgess in the title role, a thriller with a large admixture of drama, "holds" under the impression not one day after watching, because his ending plunges the viewer into a deep shock.

The above mentioned movie "Chat" is rather strange and unpredictable, but it is even more interesting from this. In this list of the best thrillers, he got by pure chance, but stayed there, apparently, for a long time.

The most unusual story from the entire list can boast the film "Yama". A good cast, an interesting script and a strong atmosphere lead him to the top of our rating.

Such a mysterious foggy Albion

Quite interesting is the fact that the country-producer of most of the above films is Great Britain. It's getting a bit scary for the people: what are they always thinking about on their islands if they shoot such a movie ?! Maybe they are in the fog of something imagining or the rain melancholy does not wash away?

In a word, Great Britain is a real master of thrillers, but, of course, punctures happen to everyone. In the list of the best thrillers, it is worth to include "Trans" (2013), which the unsophisticated viewer will seem too tricky. In an impulse to express an interesting idea, the director was too clever with the plot and slightly "smeared" the characters. And in general, remembering the best thrillers of 2013, the list will open and immediately close the film "Captive" - a tendency, as always, depressing.
