Do not think that such external attributes are necessary only for consumers. Employees of the company are also original consumers, who choose among the competitors exactly the firm in which they want to work.

Psychological trainings, corporate holidays, opportunities for the creative development of each employee - all this is important, but can be quite costly, and not every company can afford this. Form, gifts, souvenirs, and even simple packages with the company logo - a way to remind their employees that their work depends not only on their salary, but on the reputation of the whole company.
